I wanted to check in with you and genuinely ask….how are you holding up lately?

I know the collective energies may feel turbulent especially since 2025 kicked off. I know there is a lot of uncertainty floating around in the air, and from conversations I've been having lately with friends, family, clients and colleagues, many of us have been feeling it on a deeper level. 

January truly has kicked us off into the revolutionary Age of Aquarius, and we are already starting to see shifts in humanity and consciousness overall. What that means both on a collective and individual level is that many of the old disempowering and imbalanced structures that have been holding our systems together will need to dissolve in order for new, more solid, more empowering and innovative systems to take their place.

This is an era of evolution and revolution, a time for the global darkness that has been holding our planet hostage under systems of disempowerment and control to be shaken up and shaken out from its hiding place in order for us to see the truth once it is brought to light.

Because, once you see the truth, you can never unsee it. Once you awaken to what is no longer serving, you can begin to make the necessary shifts to create all that WILL serve humanity in a new, more empowering, more balanced and authentic era. One that is grounded in love, peace, and light.

And where do we start? We must begin at the roots, on an individual level of awakening, in order to help create that on a global scale.

I say this not to scare you, but to empower you with the knowing we have entered an era of unprecedented change, awakening, and opportunity, giving us all the chance to reclaim our inner power and create new paths for ourselves and our future. 

I know sometimes in the face of so much rapid change and uncertainty, there will be days where we might want to just curl up in bed and wait for everything to pass. And if you've been experiencing this anxiety like I have at times, I want to remind you that you are not alone. 

But, I also want to remind you that ALL of us are here to be Warriors of the light. We are light leaders. We incarnated on this planet to plant seeds of hope, love, and beauty. All to raise the consciousness of the planet and truly make it a better, more just, more kind and loving home for all of humanity to co-exist. 

And how do we raise the consciousness of this planet? By shining. By stepping into the spotlight and sharing your divine gifts now more than ever. By digging deep to find the courage and the calling to show up, share, and give it everything you've got. 

Everything you've been holding back from sharing with this world out of fear? It's time to feel the fear and do it anyway.

The world needs you in your fullest authenticity! Your voice, your talents, your gifts, and your purpose.

The world needs your BRAND as the vehicle through which you express all of these beautiful things to inspire and impact lives, now more than ever before.

If this resonates with you, know that you were literally BORN for this era. This is your time to truly shine in new, unprecedented ways. 

So with that being said, and with all of the chaos that we have been seeing on the world stage these days, I have been reflecting a lot how I can be more of service to the world and the community I serve here at The Humanista Co.

And maybe you can relate to some of the questions that keep floating through my head. Questions like, “What can I do? How can I help? What is my role to play in the grand scheme of things? What are my gifts and passions that I am called to share with the world?”
